Outside work, Tara is a proud mom to her daughter, Amber, grandma to her grandson, Israel, and dog mom to Sampson. Her passion and professionalism make her a key part of our team.
Ryan thrives on hard work, discipline, and creativity. With a background in carpentry and construction, he understands homes beyond the surface.
Raised in the Hudson Valley, Ryan worked in his father’s blinds and shutters business, developing a sharp eye for detail and a hands-on approach to everything he does.
Outside of work, he’s passionate about fitness, golf, and playing guitar—always striving to improve and stay consistent. Whether building something or mastering a skill, Ryan brings focus, diligence, and drive to every part of his life.
